摘要
随着第五代移动通信技术的普及,网络基础设施对固定式锂离子电池的需求不断增长,固定式锂离子电池安全也引发各界关注.首个固定设备用锂离子电池安全强制性国家标准GB 40165-2021将于2022-05-01起正式实施,对GB 40165-2021的适用范围、测试要求及与GB 31241-2014的差异进行解析,以期为固定式锂离子电池相关企业提供技术参考,助力相关企业未雨绸缪制定应对方案,确保固定式锂离子电池满足新国标的各项要求,避免入市受阻.
With the popularity of the fifth generation mobile communication technology,the demand of network infrastructure for lithium-ion batteries used in stationary equipment is growing,and also the attention has been attracted to the safety of these lithium-ion batteries from all walks of life.The first mandatory national safety standard GB 40165-2021 for lithium-ion batteries for stationary equipment will be formally implemented on May 1,2022.The scope of application,test requirements and differences between GB 40165-2021 and GB 31241-2014 are analyzed in this paper,so as to provide technical reference for enterprises related to lithium-ion batteries of stationary equipment and help them formulate countermeasures.It is hoped to ensure the lithium-ion batteries of stationary equipment to meet the requirements of the new national standard,and avoid obstacles in entering the market.
