本文围绕中国饮料工业协会团体标准《饮料浓浆》(CBIA/T009—2022)展开研究。阐述了该标准的制定背景:消费者需求促使饮料企业创新,饮料浓浆市场规模扩张,但存在产品质量与标签标识问题,现有标准难以满足行业需求。本文详细解读标准的主要条款,涵盖:标准名称与适用范围、术语定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、组批抽样及标签等内容。该标准旨在弥补饮料浓浆行业标准空白,规范市场秩序、保障消费者权益,有力推动饮料行业多元、健康发展,在产业发展中发挥着关键的规范和引导作用。
This article focused on research around the Group Standard of China Beverage Industry Association“Beverage Syrup”(CBIA/T 009—2022).It elaborated the background of this standard.The changes in consumers’demands have driven beverage enterprises to innovate.The market scale of beverage syrups has expanded,but there are problems such as product quality and label irregularities.Existing standards are difficult to meet the industry’s needs.It also provided a detailed interpretation of the main provisions of the standard,covering aspects such as the standard name and scope of application,term definitions,product classification,technical requirements,test methods,batch formation and sampling,and labels.This standard will fill the gap in the beverage syrup industry standards,regulate the market order,protect the rights and interests of consumers,and strongly promote the diversified and healthy development of the beverage industry,playing a crucial role in standardizing and guiding the industry's development.
