花生智能精量播种机优化设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前国内花生播种机作业时普遍存在沟深不一致、开沟器壅土、漏播、种子破损率大以及自动化、智能化程度较低等问题,对花生智能精量播种机旋耕起垄装置、播种装置、覆土镇压装置进行了优化设计,运用SolidWorks软件建立花生智能精量播种机三维模型,有效改善了机具性能;将集成电路应用于花生智能精量播种机智能控制系统,通过对单片机模块、测速模块以及显示模块等进行选型以及优化设计,提高了花生智能精量播种机自动化、智能化水平。田间对比试验结果表明,优化设计后,机具穴粒数合格率、播种深度合格率、种肥间距合格率、垄高合格率等分别提高了9.1%、5.8%、6.6%、14.5%,种子破损率、空穴率分别降低了33.3%、39.1%。研究为花生智能精量播种机的设计提供了理论依据。 In response to the common problems of inconsistent ditch depth,blocked soil by trenchers,missed sowing,high seed damage rate,and low level of automation and intelligence in the operation of peanut seeders in China,the optimization design of the rotary tillage and ridging device,sowing device,and soil covering and compaction device of the peanut intelligent precision seeder was carried out.SolidWorks software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the peanut intelligent precision seeder,which effectively improved the performance of the equipment.The application of integrated circuits in the intelligent control system of peanut intelligent precision seeder has improved the automation and intelligence level of the peanut intelligent precision seeder by selecting and optimizing the microcontroller module,speed measurement module,and display module.The results of field comparative experiments showed that after optimizing the design,the qualified rates of seed number,sowing depth,seed fertilizer spacing,and ridge height through the machinery operation increased by 9.1%,5.8%,6.6%,and 14.5%,respectively,and the seed damage rate and empty hole rate decreased by 33.3%and 39.1%,respectively.The research provides theoretical basis for the design of peanut intelligent precision seeder.
