摘要
花生机械化种植是花生生产实现节本增效的重要途径之一,也是花生全程机械化的研究重点,主要包括土壤播前处理、播种、施肥、覆土和仿形等关键环节,本文简述了我国花生生产概况和种植机械化的发展历程,系统地介绍和分析了花生种植机械化关键技术与装备,重点阐述了原茬地种床整备技术、排种技术、覆土技术和仿形技术,并归纳了4种技术装备的特点,指出了目前我国花生播种机械存在的问题及未来的发展趋势。
The mechanization of peanut planting is one of the important ways of saving cost and increasing efficiency in peanut production process,and it is also the research emphasis of peanut mechanization.It mainly includes soil pre-sowing treatment,sowing,fertilization,soil covering and profiling,etc.This paper describes the peanut production overview and development history of planting mechanization in China.The key technology and equipment of peanut planting mechanization are systematically introduced and analyzed.It shows the seedbed preparation of the original peanut technology,seeding technology,soil covering technology and profiling technology.It summarizes the characteristics of four kinds of technical equipment.And it also points out the existing problems and the future development trend of peanut seeding machinery in China.
