摘要
针对小麦收获后花生播种存在的麦茬高、秸秆量大,拖拉机多次进地旋耕、起垄、播种、覆膜等作业效率低、耗费人力成本高、耽误农时等问题,同时根据我国黄淮海地区麦茬地夏花生机械化起垄覆膜播种的农艺要求,设计了一种集灭茬、旋耕、施肥、起垄、播种、喷药、铺膜和膜上覆土于一体的麦茬夏花生播种机。阐述了播种机的结构和工作过程,设计了传动系统、起垄装置、排种器等关键部件。以秸秆粉碎合格率、起垄合格率、穴粒数合格率指标进行了田间试验。田间试验表明,整机结构稳定,性能良好,能够达到设计要求和农艺要求。
Aiming at the problems of high stubble,large amount of straw in peanut sowing after wheat harvest,as well as low efficiency,high cost of labor and delay of farming time because tractors enter the field many times for rotary tillage,ridging,sowing,mulching and so on,meanwhile,according to the agricultural requirements of mechanized ridging and mulching sowing of summer peanut in wheat stubble field in Huang-Huai-Hai region of China,a new type of summer peanut seeder on wheat stubble is designed,which integrates stubble clearing,rotary tillage,fertilization,ridging,sowing,spraying,mulching and covering soil on plastic film.The structure and working process of the seeder are described,and the key components such as transmission system,ridging device and seed metering device are designed.Field tests are carried out with straw crushing qualified rate,ridge qualified rate,hole distance qualified rate,hole number qualified rate,hole rate,seeding depth qualified rate and mulch qualified rate as indicators.
