摘要
从零碳可再生能源转型发展的角度出发,通过理论模型推导来识别可再生能源发展重塑能源产业空间格局的影响及作用机制,并利用中国2006-2022年31个省份(不包括港澳台)面板数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明:可再生能源发展水平对能源产业专业化集聚和多样化集聚均会产生显著的负向影响;可再生能源发展在东部、西部地区以及2015-2022年这个时间段内产生的负向作用更加显著,而在中部、东北部地区和2006-2014年这个时间段产生的影响较弱。可再生能源发展主要通过降低交易运输成本、扩大市场化影响力和提高技术创新水平来影响地区能源产业集聚水平。此外,在不同空间权重矩阵下可再生能源发展均能够对地区能源产业集聚产生负向的空间溢出效应。因此,应注重提升可再生能源消费占比,同时需要注意能源产业间的均衡和协调,进而实现地区经济的高质量发展。
From the perspective of zero carbon renewable energy transformation and development,this study uses theoretical model deduction to identify the impact and mechanism of renewable energy development reshaping the spatial pattern of the energy industry,and conducts tests using panel data from 31 provinces and cities in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)from 2006 to 2022,it empirically verifies the impact and mechanism of renewable energy development on energy industry agglomeration and its underlying mechanisms.The research results indicate that the development of renewable energy has a significant negative impact on both the specialization and diversification of the energy industry.The negative effects of renewable energy development are more significant in the eastern and western regions,as well as during the period of 2015-2022,while the impact is weak in the central and northeastern regions and between 2006-2014.The development of renewable energy mainly affects the level of regional energy industry agglomeration by reducing transaction and transportation costs,expanding market-oriented influence,and improving technological innovation.In addition,the development of renewable energy can have negative spatial spillover effects on regional energy industry agglomeration under different spatial weight matrices.Therefore,attention should be paid to increasing the proportion of renewable energy consumption,while ensuring balance and coordination among energy industries,in order to achieve high-quality regional economic development.
