摘要
在人口老龄化加剧的背景下,推动农村养老服务高质量发展对实现共同富裕有重大意义。新质生产力以高科技、高质量及高效能为特征,是推动农村地区养老服务高质量发展的关键。论述新质生产力赋能农村养老服务高质量的实践逻辑,分析当前农村养老存在老年人面临数字鸿沟、跨地域与跨部门协同机制不健全等问题,提出相关部门应助力农村老人跨越数字鸿沟、深化体制机制改革、聚焦精准需求并推进城乡统筹发展等举措,旨在促进农村地区养老服务高质量发展。
In the context of accelerating population aging,high-quality development of rural elderly care services is of great significance for achieving common prosperity.New quality productive forces,characterized by high technology,quality,and efficiency,are key to facilitating the highquality development of elderly care services in rural areas.The study focuses on the practical logic,real-world contradictions,and implementation paths of empowering rural elderly care services with new quality productive forces.Analysis identifies issues such as the digital divide affecting the elderly and the Inadequate cross-regional and inter-departmental coordination mechanisms.Therefore,it is essential to help rural seniors overcome the digital divide;deepen institutional and structural reforms;and focus on precise needs while promoting urban-rural integration to facilitate the highquality development of elderly care services in rural areas.
