职业本科大学社会认同的类型偏好及其行动策略——基于社会大众视角的Q方法探索性分析

Typological Preferences and Action Strategies of Social Recognition in Vocational Undergraduate Universities:Exploratory Analysis Based on the Q Method from the Perspective of the General Public

摘要 职业本科大学社会认同情况事关职业教育高质量发展与现代职业教育体系建设。依循社会认同理论的认知—评价—行为逻辑,编制30条涵盖八大维度的Q语句,对60名社会大众进行Q分析。结果表明,社会大众对职业本科大学存在教育体系认知型认同、技能价值认知型认同、培养效能评价型认同、平等供给行为型认同、身份模式复合型认同五种认同类型;同时,职业本科大学社会认同受社会观念、财政支持等多种因素影响,在职业教育类型特色与平等地位、技能人才培养质量与待遇保障等方面有待提升。由此,职业本科大学社会认同的提升需要从重塑类型定位社会观念、营造技能文化社会氛围、完善人才培养和评价体系、提升服务区域经济社会发展效能、健全福利待遇和上升通道、加大教育资源投入力度等方面发力。 Social recognition of vocational undergraduate universities is key to vocational education quality and modern system building.Following social recognition theory's cognitive-evaluation-behavior logic,30 Q statements across eight dimensions were used for Q analysis with 60 members of the public.The results show that the public has five types of social recognition towards vocational undergraduate universities:cognitive recognition of education system,cognitive recognition of skill value,evaluation recognition of training efficiency,behavioral recognition of equal supply,and compound recognition of identity model.At the same time,the social identity of vocational undergraduate universities is affected by social concepts,financial support and other factors,and the characteristics and equal status of vocational education types,the quality of skilled personnel training and the guarantee of treatment need to be improved.Therefore,the improvement of social recognition of vocational undergraduate universities needs to be achieved by efforts in reshaping social concepts of types,creating a social atmosphere of skill culture,improving the talent cultivation and evaluation system,enhancing the efficiency of serving regional economic and social development,improving welfare benefits and promotion channels,and increasing investment in educational resources.
