摘要
参照CIPP评价模型构建职业本科教育办学质量发展指数,并对32所职业本科院校测度分析发现:职业本科教育办学质量发展指数存在明显的区域差异和院校类别差异;职业本科教育办学质量发展指数主要受输出质量和过程质量的制约;职业本科院校办学质量发展指数多处于低质量、中低质量水平。提升职业本科教育办学质量要突破区域局限,扩大职业本科教育辐射空间;坚持“成果导向”,倒逼职业本科人才培养质量提升;强化“全面质量管理”,保障职业本科教育长效发展。
The quality development index of vocational undergraduate education is constructed with reference to the CIPP evaluation model and 32vocational undergraduate colleges and universities is measured and analyzed.It finds that there are obvious regional differences and institutional category differences in the quality development index of vocational undergraduate education;the quality development index of vocational undergraduate education is mainly constrained by the quality of the output and the process;and the quality development index of vocational undergraduate education is mostly at the level of low and mediumlow quality.
