摘要
建设高质量现代学徒制是新时期职业教育改革的重要方向。现代学徒制在推广过程中仍存在着诸多问题,不仅未达到预期,反而困难重重。对我国教育部选定的三批现代学徒制试点单位验收总结报告进行扎根理论研究发现,我国现代学徒制的推进主要面临着内外部制度保障体系不健全、企业主动参与面临重重障碍、学生学徒角色冲突明显、教学质量水平整体不高四方面的困境。建议加强顶层设计,完善现代学徒制管理体系;赋予企业更多话语权,吸引多主体参与;健全校企合作机制,保障教学质量。
Building high-quality modern apprenticeship system is an important direction of vocational education reform in the new era.However,there are still many problems in the process of promoting the modern apprenticeship system,which not only failed to meet expectations,but also faced many difficulties.Through the grounded theoretical research on the summary report of the three batches of modern apprenticeship pilot units selected by the Ministry of education.It is found that the promotion of modern apprenticeship in China is mainly faced with four difficulties:the imperfect internal and external system guarantee system,the obstacles faced by enterprises’active participation,the obvious role conflict of students’apprentices,and the overall low level of teaching quality.It is suggested to strengthen the top-level design and improve the modern apprenticeship management system;give enterprises more voice and attract multi-body participation;improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism to ensure the teaching quality.
