摘要
育训结合是当前职业教育供给侧结构性改革的重要方向之一,是学历与能力“双提升”的有效手段,是职业资格证书与学历证书资历互认的必经之路,为专业教学资源库的转型升级提供了重要契机。以智慧景区开发与管理专业教学资源库为例,提出职业教育育训结合理念下专业教学资源库建设的思路:坚持分类构建、坚持细化构建、坚持整合构建;提出专业教学资源库建设的路径:实施专业教学资源库统筹制作工程,实施专业教学资源库分类应用工程,实施专业教学资源库推广工程,实施专业教学资源库质量评价与诊改工程。最后,提出专业教学资源库建设的保障措施:加强资源库项目团队的能力建设,强化资源库后续建设经费的投入,探索资源库运营管理的体制机制。
The combination of education and training is one of the important directions of the supply-side structural reform of vocational education,an effective means to“double-improve”education and ability,and a necessary way to mutually recognize the qualifications of vocational certificates and academic certificates,which provides an important opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of specialty teaching resource library.Taking the specialty teaching resource library of intelligent scenic area development and management as an example,the idea of specialty teaching resource library construction under the concept of combining vocational education and training is proposed:insist on classification construction,insist on refinement construction,insist on integration construction,and the paths of specialty teaching resource library construction are:implement the project of professional teaching resource library coordination production,implement the project of specialty teaching resource library classification application,implement the project of specialty teaching resource library promotion,and implement the project of specialty teaching resource library quality evaluation and diagnosis.Finally,the guarantee measures for the construction of professional teaching resource library are proposed:strengthening the capacity building of the project team of the resource library,strengthening the investment of funds for the follow-up construction of the resource library,and exploring the institutional mechanism for the operation and management of the resource library.
