摘要
轮辋是AGV底盘结构的重要部件之一,通过SolidWorks软件进行3D建模,利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行弯曲载荷和径向载荷工况的强度分析,基于VDI 2230螺栓设计准则进行螺栓强度计算和校核。在满足结构强度和结构少变动的原则下,优化了螺栓等级,并通过产品强化试验验证了理论计算的准确性和产品可靠性,为后续该类产品的设计积累了经验。
The rim is one of theimportant components of the AGV chassis structure,software SolidWorks is used for 3D modelling,softwareANsYs Workbench is used for strength analysis under bending load and radial load conditions,and bolt strength calculation and check are performed based on thebolt design principles in VDI 2230.Under the principles of meeting structural strength and minimizing structural changes,the bolt grade is optimized,and the accuracyof theoretical calculations and product reliability are verified through product strengthening tests,accumulating experience for the design of similar products in the future.
