摘要
时速120 km的系列化中国标准地铁列车高速进出隧道时,车顶空调导流罩受到较大的气动压力,且压力值无法通过计算得出。若空调导流罩强度不足,列车高速前进过程中会产生异响,影响乘车体验。文章通过计算流体力学(CFD)仿真手段对列车高速进出隧道时导流罩受到的风压载荷进行分析,同时结合有限元计算、螺栓强度计算对导流罩连接螺栓的强度进行校核,验证了导流罩及连接螺栓的强度满足设计需求。
When a serialized China standard metro train with a speed of 120 km/h enters and exits tunnels at high speeds,the roof air conditioning deflector is subjected to significant aerodynamic pressure,and the pressure value cannot be calculated.If the strength of the air conditioning deflector is insufficient,the train will produce abnormal noise during high speed travel,affecting the riding experience.This paper analyzes the wind pressure load on the deflector when the train enters and exits the tunnel at high speed through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation,and verifies the strength of the connecting bolts of the deflector by combining finite element calculation and bolt strength calculation,verifying that the strength of the deflector and connecting bolts meets the design requirements.
