摘要
针对现有轮履复合式底盘存在的结构笨重、更换复杂、容易甩带等缺点,提出一种新型基于履带周长不变原理的轮履复合式变结构轮设计方案。对该变结构轮的设计原理、具体结构进行分析,并利用有限元软件对关键零件——液压缸、可动支架和支撑杆进行静力学仿真,校核其强度。最后,对变结构轮样轮进行加工、装配和轮履转换试验。试验结果初步验证了设计方案的可行性,并为今后进一步研究奠定了良好基础。
In view of the shortcomings of the existing wheel-tracked chassis,such as bulky structure,complicated replacement and easy track slippage,the design plan for a new wheel-tracked variable-structure wheel based on the principle of constant track perimeter is proposed.The design principle and specific structure of the variable-structure wheel are analyzed,and the key parts,including the hydraulic cylinder,movable bracket and support rod,are simulated statically by using finite element software to check their strength.Finally,the sample variable-structure wheel is processed,assembled and tested for wheel-track transformation.The test results preliminarily verified the feasibility of the design plan and laid a good foundation for further research in the future.
