摘要
                
                    AI技术为中职心理健康教师专业技能发展提供了可能,有利于提高中职教师的心理评估与诊断能力、职业场景适配能力、智能工具应用能力、伦理决策能力以及协同育人能力。当前,AI赋能中职心理健康教师专业技能发展面临技术转化能力的结构性缺失、伦理规范与责任界定的模糊性、培训体系的碎片化与低适配性、人文关怀与技术效率的价值冲突等障碍。未来,需要构建“中职适配”的三维技能体系,夯实专业基础;创新分层实践培养机制,加速技能提升;搭建多元协同生态网络,提供发展支撑;制定简明清晰的伦理规范,保障规范应用。
                
                AI technology provides the possibility for the professional skills development of secondary vocational school mental health teachers,which is helpful for improving their psychological assessment and diagnosis abilities,occupational scenario adaptation abilities,intelligent tool application abilities,ethical decision-making abilities,and collaborative education abilities.Currently,the development of professional skills for vocational school mental health teachers empowered by AI faces obstacles such as structural lack of technological transformation abilities,ambiguity in ethical norms and responsibility definition,fragmentation and low adaptability of training systems,and value conflicts between humanistic care and technological efficiency.In the future,it is necessary to build a three-dimensional skill system for secondary vocational education and consolidate the professional foundation;innovate the hierarchical practice training mechanism to accelerate skill improvement;build a diverse collaborative ecological network;develop concise and clear ethical standards to ensure their application.
