摘要
中等职业学校由于缺乏相对数量的专任心理教育教师,导致心理教育教师团队建设发展相对滞后,进而影响学校心理健康教育工作的开展以及学生心理的健康发展。通过分析中职学校心理健康教育教师团队建设的困境,同时在明确困境的基础上分析中职学校心理健康教育教师团队建设过程中的可利用因素,倡导中职学校建立以"专职心理教师主导,学科教师心理渗透辅助,班主任组织协调"为整体框架的心理健康教育教师团队,同时尝试提出相应的反思与评估机制,促进中等职业学校教师团队优化发展。
The lack of full-time mental health education teachers in secondary vocational schools results in the slow development of teachers’ team construction, and it further affects the mental health education work and students’ mental health development. This paper analyses the dilemma of mental health teachers’ team construction, and on this basis, it analyses the usable factors in the process. It advocates that secondary vocational schools should develop a mental health education staff framework in which full-time teachers dominate, disciplinary teachers assist and class advisers organize and coordinate, and presents corresponding introspection and appraisal mechanisms to promote the smooth development of teaching staff in secondary vocational schools.
