知识社会学视域下的英国学派东亚国际关系研究

摘要 东亚国际关系作为英国学派众多研究议程之一,愈益受到英国学派的关注和重视。以知识社会学考察东亚国际关系研究,其在“冷战”后发生了明显的“知识转向”:一是研究重点发生转向,早期英国学派重点关注欧洲国际社会的合理性与普遍性问题,提及东亚更多是为欧洲国际社会的存在提供参照。1991年后,英国学派转为关注与东亚国际关系直接相关的各类议题。二是研究方法上,社会学方法在英国学派东亚国际关系研究中的占比不断上升,近二十年业已涌现不少成果。转向后的英国学派在历史向度上重点探讨中日融入欧洲国际社会问题,基于当下视角主要关注中国和平崛起问题。对这两个核心议题的研究一定程度上修正了英国学派东亚国际关系研究“知识性的失衡”,维持了英国学派知识谱系中理论与现实、历史与当下的平衡性与综合性。 East Asian international relations,as one of the many research agendas of the English School,has been increasingly concerned and valued.The study of East Asian international relations by Sociology of Knowledge shows that there has been an obvious“knowledge turn”after the Cold War.First,the research focus has shifted.The early English School focused on the rationality and universality of the European international society.The mention of East Asia was more of a reference for the existence of the European international society.After 1991,the English School turned its attention to various issues directly related to East Asian international relations.Second,in terms of research methods,the proportion of sociological methods in the Study of East Asian international relations of the English school has been increasing,and many achievements have emerged in the past two decades.The English school after the turn focuses on the issue of the integration of China and Japan into the European international society from a historical perspective,and mainly focuses on the issue of China s peaceful rise from a current perspective.The research on these two core issues has corrected the“intellectual imbalance”of the English School of East Asian international relations research to a certain extent,and maintained the balance and synthesis of theory and reality,history and the present in the British School s knowledge spectrum.
