摘要
作者在概括了世纪之交中国国际关系学的现况、追溯其历史进程及其不同阶段的同时,着重探究这门学科存在的问题和发展的方向,认为20世纪70年代末以来的中国国际关系学取得了长足的进步,在90年代后期尤其培育出一大批有潜质的中青年学者,预示着一种方兴未艾的可喜势头,并分析了现阶段研究承上启下的特点,指出了中国国际关系研究任重道远。
The author reviews the current situation for IR studies in China at the turn of the century. Tracing its historical process and different stages, the author explores its unsolved problems as well as its direction of development. The author argues that since the 1970s China’s IR studies have achieved dramatic progress, and many young scholars with great potential appeared in the late 1990s, indicative of a favorable rising trend. The author concludes that China’s IR studies are still in transition and still have a long way to go.
