摘要
高校作为知识创新和人才培养的重要基地,数字经济人才培养推动了科技创新的进程,科技成果转化为数字经济发展提供了技术支撑。基于两者间的内在联系,通过调查梳理高校科技创新和数字经济人才培养现状,发现虽然我国高校科技创新投入不断增加,但仍存在科研产出与市场需求不匹配、人才结构不合理、人才培养与市场需求脱节等问题。基于此,提出基于高校科技创新,培养数字经济人才的对策建议。
Universities as vital hubs for knowledge innovation and talent cultivation,play a pivotal role in fostering digital economy talents,which in turn drive technological innovation.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements provides critical technical support for the development of the digital economy.Grounded in the intrinsic connection between these two aspects,this study investigates the current state of scientific innovation and digital economy talent cultivation in Chinese universities.Findings reveal that despite increasing investments in university-led scientific innovation,challenges persist,including mismatches between research outputs and market demands,imbalanced talent structures,and disconnects between talent training programs and industry needs.Based on these insights,this paper proposes countermeasures to optimize the cultivation of digital economy talents,leveraging university-driven scientific and technological innovation.
