摘要
科技成果转化工作一端连着创新链,一端连着产业链,是实现传统产业升级、发展新质生产力的关键。通过梳理近年来兰州市科技成果转移转化发展现状,剖析转化链条上存在的问题,从成果转化机制、技术转移机构建设、市场配套服务、中试熟化、融资投资等方面,借鉴国内先进地区的成功经验,挖掘并整合本地资源优势,提出具有针对性、实操性的策略建议,力求打破科技成果转化瓶颈,进一步提高科技成果转化质量,为区域经济发展注入创新活力。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is connected to the innovation chain at one end and the industrial chain at the other,which is the key to realizing the upgrading of traditional industries and developing new quality productivity.By sorting out the status quo of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Lanzhou in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems in the transformation chain,and draws lessons from the successful experience of advanced domestic areas,and excavates and integrates the advantages of local resources,and puts forward targeted and practical strategic suggestions from the aspects of achievement transformation mechanism,technology transfer institution construction,market supporting services,pilot maturation,financing and investment,so as to break the bottleneck of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,further improve the quality of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and inject innovative vitality into regional economic development.
