摘要
文章围绕档案数智化与新质生产力的关系展开探讨,从档案质量有待提高、业务耦合不紧密、部门协同乏力、人才补给不足等角度,深入分析抑制新质生产力发展的现实困境。针对困境提出优化路径,包括精准管控档案质量与多维拓展开放、推动档案业务深度融合与多元协同、实施档案部门协同战略与机制创新、广纳和培育档案人才等,以期充分发挥档案数智化工作在新质生产力中的驱动作用。
This paper discusses the relationship between digitization and intelligence of archives and new quality productivity,and deeply analyzes the realistic dilemmas that inhibit the development of new quality productivity from the perspective of inadequate archives quality,loose business coupling,weak departmental coordination,and insufficient talent supply.In response to these dilemmas,it proposes optimization paths,including precise control of archives quality and multi-dimensional expansion of openness,promoting in-depth integration and diversified coordination of archival businesses,implementing the coordination strategy and mechanism innovation of archival departments,and widely recruiting and cultivating archival talents.It is expected to provide effective solutions to giving full play to the driving role of archives digitization and intelligence work in the new quality productivity.
