摘要
文章通过对档案学领域10本期刊2020年刊载的750余篇学术论文的梳理与分析,归纳并深入解读了2020年中国档案学研究的六大热点,包括以新冠疫情档案为典型的突发事件档案管理研究,新修订《档案法》的解读、评析与实施路径研究,数字转型纵深推进中的电子文件管理研究,后机构改革时代的档案机构定位及档案事业发展研究,档案数据范式演进过程中的档案数据及其治理问题研究,面向数字人文的档案赋能研究。
Through combing and analyzing over 750 academic papers published in ten journals in the field of archives in 2020,the article summarizes and deeply interprets six hot spots of archival research in China in 2020,including research on the management of emergency archives with the COVID-19 archives as a typical example,research on the interpretation,evaluation and implementation path of the newly revised Archives Law,research on the management of electronic records in the deepening of digital transformation,research on the positioning of archival institutions and archival career development in the post-organizational reform era,research on archival data and its governance in the evolution of archival data paradigm,and research on archival empowerment for digital humanities.
