摘要
新文科背景下档案学专业人才培养在专业知识广度、实操技能深度上需要进一步提升。从产教融合培养视角出发,对档案学专业人才培养模式和实现路径进行重新思考和建构有利于在新的经济社会背景下提升学生的专业素养和市场竞争力。文章从产教融合的概念和定位出发,以苏州城市学院档案学专业产教融合培养经验为例,对新文科背景下的产教融合培养进行分析和思考,提出符合档案学专业应用型人才培养目标的产教融合培养路径。
In the context of new liberal arts,the cultivation of archival professionals needs to be further improved in the breadth of professional knowledge and the depth of practical skills.From the perspective of Integration between industry and education,rethinking and reconstructing the training mode and realization path of archival professionals is conducive to improving students’professional quality and market competitiveness under the new economic and social background.Based on the concept and orientation of the integration between industry and education,this thesis takes the experience in the archives major of Suzhou City University as an example.This thesis analyzes and ponders on the integration between industry and education in the context of the new liberal arts,and puts forward training paths that conforms to the training goal of applied talents in the archives major.
