摘要
参与决策咨询是科技工作者服务经济社会发展的重要形式。本文在跟踪大规模科技工作者状况调查以及深度访谈的基础上,发现科技工作者参与公共事务意愿较高但参与决策咨询深度有待提高,因此建议着重关注企业科技工作者和青年科技工作者两类群体,并在创造更多决策咨询参与条件、优化科研评价标准、持续畅通科学—政策交流渠道、人才培养等方面提出了相关建议。
Participating in decision-making process by providing science advice is an important way for science and technology workers to serve economic and social progress.Based on large-scale surveys of S&T workers in China and in-depth interviews,this article points out that the actual participation rate is relatively low compared to S&T works'interest in public administration.And in order to encourage S&T workers'engagement in public policy,suggestions such as platform building and capacity elevation are proposed.
