摘要
研究企业数字技术创新对员工需求的影响,为企业人才规划、员工职业发展提供指引,助力缓解就业矛盾。文章将2013—2020年1 280家上市公司数据作为样本,采用双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型,探究企业数字技术创新如何影响员工需求。研究表明,企业数字技术创新会促进并提高员工需求,企业数字技术创新每增加1个单位,员工需求将增加5.6%,并且,企业数字技术创新会通过员工结构进一步促进并提高员工需求;异质性分析表明,企业数字技术创新对高技术行业和中小型企业员工需求影响更大。因此,企业与政府需协同发力,通过强化数字技术创新投入、优化员工结构以及针对行业和企业异质性实施差异化发展战略来增加企业员工需求。
Researching the impact of digital technology innovation in enterprises on employee needs,provides guidance for talent planning and career development of employees,and helps to alleviate employment conflicts.The article selects data from 1280 listed companies from 2013 to 2020 as samples,and uses a two-way fixed effects model and a mediation effect model to explore how digital technology innovation in enterprises affects employee needs.Research has shown that digital technology innovation in enterprises can promote an increase in employee needs.For every additional unit of digital technology innovation in enterprises,employee needs will increase by 5.6%.Furthermore,digital technology innovation in enterprises will further promote an increase in employee needs through employee structure.Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital technology innovation in enterprises has a greater impact on the needs for employees in high-tech industries and small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,enterprises and governments need to work together to increase employee needs by strengthening investment in digital technology innovation,optimizing employee structure,and implementing differentiation strategies in response to the heterogeneity of industries and enterprises.
