摘要
目的:调查上海市某区0-3岁儿童家长对儿童健康保障制度的认知现状、使用意愿及影响因素,为进一步完善儿童健康保障制度提供参考。方法:于2024年4-7月在上海市某区11家社区卫生服务中心展开问卷调查,调查对象为携0-3岁儿童前往社区卫生服务中心体检的儿童家长。通过描述性分析及二分类logistic回归分析方法,分析儿童健康保障制度认知现状、使用意愿及影响因素。结果:最终纳入1513名研究对象,结果显示上海市某区0-3岁儿童家长对儿童健康保障制度完全知晓的比例为63.58%,仅52.94%的儿童家长愿意使用救助和福利。二分类logistic回归分析结果发现,文化程度和工作状况显著影响儿童健康保障制度使用意愿(P<0.05)。结论:上海市某区0-3岁儿童家长对儿童健康保障制度的认知不足,使用意愿有待提升,需通过制度完善、理念转变、加强宣传等措施,提升儿童家长对儿童健康保障制度的认知水平和使用意愿,进而提高使用率。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of awareness,utilization willingness and influencing factors of parents of children aged 0-3 years in a certain district of Shanghai on child health security system,so as to provide references for further improving the child health security system.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted from April to July 2024 in 11 community health centers in a certain district of Shanghai,and the targeted respondents were parents of children who brought their children aged 0-3 years to community health centers for medical checkups,and the current status of parents'awareness of child health security system,their utilization willingness and influencing factors were analyzed by means of descriptive analysis and dichotomous logistic regression.Results:1513 participants were finally included,and the results showed that 63.58%of parents of children aged 0-3 years in a certain district of Shanghai were fully aware of child health security system,only 52.94%of children's parents were willing to utilize assistance and welfare.The results of the binary logistic regression analysis showed that educational level and work status significantly affected parents'willingness to utilize child health security system(P<0.05).Conclusion:Parents of children aged 0-3 years in a certain district of Shanghai have insufficient awareness of child health security system,and their willingness to utilize needs to be improved.It is necessary to implement measures including system improvement,conceptual change,and reinforcement of publicity to enhance the awareness level and utilization willingness of child health security system of the children's parents,thus improving the utilization rate.
