摘要
乡村振兴战略为高职院校学生返乡创业提供了广阔舞台,而学生创业意愿是影响返乡创业行为的关键因素。对此,提出加强创新创业教育、弘扬新时代乡村价值、深化校地合作的引导机制等建议,以便从能力培养、情感凝聚、环境优化等方面提升学生返乡创业意愿,助力乡村振兴。
The rural revitalization strategy provides a broad stage for vocational college students to return to their hometowns to start businesses,and students'willingness to start businesses is a key factor influencing their behavior of returning to their hometowns to start businesses.In this regard,suggestions such as strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education,promoting the values of rural areas in the new era,and deepening the guiding mechanism of school-local cooperation were put forward,so as to enhance students'willingness to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship from aspects such as ability cultivation,emotional cohesion,and environmental optimization,and contribute to rural revitalization.
