摘要
目的 构建不同人群医疗应急技能培训与评价体系,为开发相关培训课程提供依据。方法 基于前期实地调研、问卷调查及文献综述结果,结合中国红十字会应急救援培训相关内容,初步构建了医疗应急技能培训与评价体系架构,并通过应用德尔菲法,完成了两轮次专家咨询意见。结果 两轮次专家意见咨询的有效反馈比率分别达到了90.48%和100.00%;参与咨询的专家权威性系数别是0.81和0.84;专家对相关领域的熟悉程度分别为0.78和0.79;专家意见的协调系数分别为0.322和0.339。最终形成的突发事件中不同人群急救技能体系包括4个模块,共计22个条目。结论 不同人群医疗应急技能培训与评价体系构建过程严谨,内容较全面系统,可帮助相关机构开展有针对性的急救技能培训。
Objective To build the training and evaluation system for the medical emergency skills of the public and provide basis for developing relevant training courses.Methods The system structure of medical emergency skills training and evaluation was initially constructed by integrating findings from prior literature examination,assessments of interviews and questionnaires,as well as instructional materials from Red Cross Society of China.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using Delphi method.Results The effective response rate of the initial and subsequent consultations were 90.48%and 100.00%,respectively.The authority figures representing expertise measured at 0.81 and 0.84,while the coefficients denoting expert acquaintance were 0.78 and 0.79.Kendal’s concordance coefficients registered at 0.322 and 0.339,with each demonstrating statistical significance(P<0.001).The final system comprised 4 first-level indexes,22 second-level indexes.Conclusion The construction of the training and evaluation system for the medical emergency skills of the public is rigorous and the content is relatively comprehensive and systematic,which can help relevant institutions at all levels to carry out targeted first-aid skills training.
