摘要
龙胆(Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma)为龙胆科植物的干燥根和根茎,主要含有环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、三萜类、[口山]酮类、氨基酸类等成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、保肝利胆等药理作用。本文通过对龙胆化学成分、药理作用进行整理归纳,基于中药质量标志物(quality marker,Q-marker)理论,从多维度对龙胆Q-marker成分进行预测分析,结果发现龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷、獐牙菜苦苷、马钱苷、马钱苷酸可作为龙胆Q-marker指标,以期为龙胆质量评价研究提供参考。
Longdan(Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma)is the dried root and rhizome of gentiaceae plant.Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma mainly contains cyclic ether iridoids,flavonoids,triterpenoids,ketones,amino acids and other chemical components.It has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,antioxidant effects,liver and gallbladder preservation and other pharmacological effects.By sorting and summarizing the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of gentian,based on the theory of Chinese medicine quality markers(Q-marker),the Q-marker composition was predicted.It was found that gentiopicroside,sweroside,swertiamain,loganin,and loganic acid can be used as gentian Q-marker indicators,in order to provide reference for the quality evaluation of Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma.
