摘要
葛根汤具有发汗解表,生津舒经的功效,适用于治疗风寒感冒、头痛、眩晕、脊椎病和肩周炎等。临床中,葛根汤以治疗风寒感冒的应用最为广泛。《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版仅以葛根素作为葛根汤相关制剂质量控制的指标性成分,难以体现中药复方多成分、多靶点的协同作用模式,无法准确表征制剂的整体质量。本文在总结葛根汤化学成分的基础上,应用网络药理学的研究方法并结合质量标志物(quality marker,Q-marker)的核心理论对葛根汤的Q-marker进行预测分析。结果表明葛根素、芒柄花素、大豆苷元、麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、6-姜辣素和异甘草素是葛根汤的关键活性成分且可作为葛根汤的Q-marker,能够为葛根汤质量标准的控制和提升提供参考依据。
Gegen Decoction,known for its therapeutic properties of inducing sweating to release the exterior and generating fluids to soothe the meridians,is indicated for the treatment of conditions such as common cold with wind-cold syndrome,headaches,dizziness,spinal diseases,and periarthritis of shoulder.In clinically,Gegen Decoction is extensively utilized for the treatment of common cold with wind-cold syndrome.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)solely employs puerarin as the quality control index component for Gegen Decoction-related preparations,which fails to capture the synergistic effects of multiple components and targets inherent in traditional Chinese medicine formulas,and thus cannot accurately represent the overall quality of the preparation.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the chemical constituents of Gegen Decoction,this study applies network pharmacology research methods in conjunction with the core theory of quality marker(Q-marker)to predict and analyze the Q-markers for Gegen Decoction.The findings reveal that puerarin,formononetin,daidzein,ephedrine,pseudoephedrine,6-gingerol,and isoliquiritigenin are key active components of Gegen Decoction,which can serve as its Q-markers,providing a scientific basis for the control and enhancement of the quality standards of Gegen Decoction.
