摘要
“用最严格制度最严密法治保护生态环境”,要紧紧围绕“跨地区、多政府、多部门协调”模式构建西南民族地区生态环境协调治理法治机制,具体从立法、执法、司法等方面构建西南民族地区各省(区市)内部以及跨区域生态环境协调治理法治保障机制,优化西南民族地区生态环境协调治理监督和救济机制,形成西南民族地区生态环境协调治理新格局,实现“人与自然和谐共生”和绿色可持续发展。
"Protecting the ecological environment with the strictest systems and the most rigorous rule of law"requires closely centering on the"cross-regional,multi-governmental,and multi-departmental coordination"model to construct a legal mechanism for coordinated governance of the ecological envi�-ronment in Southwest ethnic minority regions.Specifically,it is necessary to establish legal safeguard mechanisms for coordinated governance of the ecological environment within provinces(autonomous regions)and across regions in Southwest ethnic minority regions from the aspects of legislation,law enforcement,and judicature.It is also essential to optimize the supervision and relief mechanisms for coordinated governance of the ecological environment in these regions,thereby forming a new pattern of coordinated ecological environment governance in Southwest ethnic minority regions,achieving"har�-monious coexistence between humanity and nature,"and promoting green and sustainable development.
