数字教材建设的探索与实践——以《食品加工创新与实践》教材为例

摘要 数字教材是职业教育数字化转型的关键。以《食品加工创新与实践》为例,探讨其建设的理论与实践,提出“校企共建、虚实结合、动态更新”的模式,构建“纸质教材+虚拟仿真+在线课程”教学资源体系,实现理论教学与生产实践的深度融合。结果表明,数字教材能提升学生积极性与教学效果,促进个性化学习,但应用中仍有挑战。 Digital teaching materials are crucial for the digital transformation of vocational education.Taking"Food Processing Innovation and Practice"as an example,this paper explores the theory and practice of digital teaching material construction.It proposes a"school-enterprise co-construction,virtual-real integration,and dynamic update"model.This model builds a teaching resource system of"paper teaching materials+virtual simulation+online courses"to deeply integrate theoretical teaching with production practice.The results show that digital teaching materials can enhance students'enthusiasm and teaching effectiveness,promote personalized learning,but there are still challenges in application.
