摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设是提高职业院校技能人才培养质量的重要保障。目前,职业院校在“双师型”教师培养方面仍存在校本培养不得法、培养机制不健全、培养定位不精准、校企合作不深入等问题。要提高“双师型”教师的培养成效,需要把握需求调研、计划制定、项目实施、效果评估“4个环节”,提高学校“双师型”教师培养能力;从支持、约束、激励“3个维度”健全学校“双师型”教师培养机制;针对新老教师“2大群体”量身定制培养模式;丰富校企合作形式,解决课堂教学与生产实践之间的差距这“1个难题”。
Developing“double-qualified”teachers serves as a critical guarantee for enhancing the quality of cultivating skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Current challenges in developing such teachers include ineffective school-based training methods,immature training mechanisms,lack of targeted training,and superficial school-enterprise cooperation.To improve the effectiveness of the development,it is essential for higher vocational colleges to improve their development ability from the four aspects of demands survey,plans formulation,projects implementation,and outcome evaluation,improve training mechanisms from the three dimensions of support,constraint and encouragement,tailor training models for the two distinct faculty groups-inexperienced and experienced teachers,and bridge the one gap between classroom teaching and workplace practice by exploring various forms of school-enterprise cooperation.
