摘要
地方行业高校在建设教育强国中发挥不可或缺的作用,是推动高等教育多样化发展的重要组成部分、服务国家战略的重要主体和支撑区域经济发展的中坚力量。基于资源依赖理论和地方行业高校、政府与市场三者的关系模式,可以发现地方行业高校在发展过程中面临办学定位、资源获取、多方合作以及特色发展等诸多现实困境。针对以上问题,提出通过引导地方行业高校科学合理定位、多渠道拓展办学资源、完善多元主体合作以及挖掘自身优势特色等四个方面举措,促进其高质量发展。
Local industry-oriented universities play an indespensable role in building a leading educa⁃tion nation.They are a vital component in promoting the diversified development of higher education,a key actor in serving national strategies,and a cornerstone in supporting regional economic development.Based on the resource dependence theory and the relationship model among local industry-oriented uni⁃versities,governments,and market,it can be found that local industry-oriented universities face many practical dilemmas in their developmental process,such as difficulties in positioning,in obtaining re⁃sources,in cooperation with various parties,and in achieving distinctive development.To address these issues,the paper proposes four key measures to guide local industry-oriented universities to scientifical⁃ly and reasonably position themselves,obtain resources from multiple channels,improve the cooperation among diverse entities,and tap into their strengths and distinctiveness,thereby promoting their high-quality development.
