摘要
产教融合作为一种推动教育与产业之间紧密互动的模式,是教育系统和产业系统之间的一种开放性互动,是促使高等教育机构与产业界实现深度合作的战略性举措,旨在更好地满足劳动力市场需求及促进经济发展。在高质量发展推进“双一流”建设的背景下,高等教育以知识共享、社会参与及创新发展为指征的开放性特质逐渐凸显,高校与社会发展的融合性、协同性进一步增强。探讨产教融合在高等教育开放性增强背景下的角色,并将其置于耗散理论的框架下进行分析,既有助于探究高校在开放系统中的自组织、资源流动,以及其与外部环境互动方面的表现,也可为研究高等教育与社会、产业界、政府之间的互动提供新视角。
Industry-education integration,as a model facilitating close interaction between education and industry,represents an open interaction between educational and industrial systems.It is a strategic initiative that involves deep collaboration between higher education institutions and the industrial sector,aimed at better meeting labor market demands and promoting economic development.In the context of advancing high-quality development and the“Double First-Class”initiative,higher education is gradually emphasizing its open characteristics,characterized by knowledge sharing,social engagement,and innovative development.The integration and synergy between universities and social development is further enhanced.This paper explores the role of industry-education integration in the context of heightened openness in higher education and places it within the framework of dissipative theory.It analyzes how universities self-organize,facilitate the flow of resources,and interact with the external environment in an open system,providing a new research perspective for the analysis of interactions between higher education,society,industry,and government.
