摘要在当前高等教育质量提升与产业数字化转型双重背景下,专业层面的内部质量保障体系建设已成为地方行业高校深化教育教学改革的关键环节,其中目标保障系统是专业内部质量保障体系的核心子系统。以地方行业高校电子信息类专业为对象,构建面向粮油产业数字化转型的目标保障系统。通过混合研究方法,重点解决行业需求调研机制设计、多源教育数据融合分析、培养目标动态优化等关键问题。融合大数据分析与人工智能技术,构建了一套科学化、系统化的专业目标保障框架,以实现专业建设与产业需求的精准对接,为地方行业院校电子信息类专业的特色化发展提供理论参考与实践路径。 In the context of current higher education quality improvement and industrial digital transformation,construction of an internal quality assurance system at professional level has become a crucial component in deepening educational reform at local industry universities.Goal guarantee system is the core subsystem of the internal quality assurance system.Focused on electronic information majors at local industry universities,a goal guarantee system was constructed for supporting digital transformation of the grain and oil industry.Key issues such as design of industry demand research mechanisms,fusion and analysis of multi-source educational data and dynamic optimization of training objectives were expounded through a mixed research approach.A scientific and systematic professional goal guarantee framework had been developed by integrating big data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies,which achieved precision alignment between professional development and industry needs and provided theoretical references and practical pathways for distinctive development of electronic information majors at local industry institutions.
