摘要新质生产力是推动公安工作高质量发展的重要力量。在社会转型背景下,新质生产力通过“要素深化、制度变革、技术进步”的三维模型,揭示新质生产力驱动公安工作高质量发展的动力机制,提出以数字赋能为抓手、强化新型要素融合渗透,以机制改革为突破、完善权责配置与流程再造的制度保障,以科技创新为引领、推动公安工作质量变革和效率变革,系统提升公安机关核心战斗力,塑造适应新时代要求的现代化警务体系。 New-quality productive forces are important for promoting the high-quality development of public security work.Against the backdrop of social transformation,the three dimensional models of“element deepening,institutional reform and technological progress”reveals the driving mechanism by which new-quality productive forces enhances the high-quality development of public security work.It proposes enhancing digital empowerment to promote the integration and penetration of new elements,advancing institutional reform to improve the allocation of responsibilities and process reengineering,and leading with technological innovation to drive quality and efficiency transformations in public security work.These measures aim to systematically enhance the core combat effectiveness of public security organs and shape a modern policing system that meets the requirements of the new era.
