摘要
新质公安战斗力是推进公安工作现代化和高质量发展的重要引擎,是推动新质生产力发展、实现中国式现代化和中华民族伟大复兴的重要保障。在探讨新质公安战斗力提出背景与本质内涵的基础上,通过分析公安高等教育在提升新质公安战斗力中所具有的科技支撑、智力支撑和人才支撑等作用,探寻出公安高等教育助力提升新质公安战斗力的实践路径,即在党的领导下,坚定立德树人的根本任务,通过深化教育改革、优化学科专业、强化职业能力塑造、推进校局合作等措施,不断提升公安专业人才培养质量,从而赋能新质公安战斗力的形成、创新、提质、增效。
The new-quality public security combat effectiveness is an important engine to promote the modernization and high-quality development of public security work,and an important guarantee to promote the development of new-quality productive forces,realize the Chinese-style modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.On the basis of exploring the background and essential connotation of the new quality of public security combat effectiveness,this paper explores the practical path for public security higher education to help improve the new quality of public security combat effectiveness through the analysis of its scientific and technological support,intellectual support and talent support.That is,under the leadership of the Party,the fundamental task of strengthening morality and cultivating people is firmly established.Through deepening education reform,optimizing disciplines and specialties,strengthening professional ability shaping,and promoting cooperation between schools and bureaus,the quality of public security professional personnel training is constantly improved,so as to enable the formation,innovation,quality improvement,and efficiency of new-quality public security combat effectiveness.
