摘要
为提升造纸企业价值流转的整体水平,以PDCA循环动态迭代管理工具为基础构建了一种造纸企业价值流转分析模型,该模型包括了造纸企业的物质流、资金流、信息流,可以从计划、执行、检查、改进四个阶段对造纸企业价值流转进行分析和优化。以我国某造纸企业为例,对该模型的实施效果进行验证。结果表明,在应用基于PDCA循环的造纸企业价值流转分析模型后,该企业的吨纸水耗、蒸汽热能回收率、客户投诉响应时间等均得到了有效改善。
To enhance the overall level of value transfer in papermaking enterprises,a value transfer analysis model for papermaking enterprises was constructed based on the PDCA cycle dynamic iterative management tool.This model encompasses the material flow,capital flow,and information flow of papermaking enterprises,and can analyze and optimize the value transfer of papermaking enterprises from four stages:planning,execution,inspection,and improvement.Taking a certain papermaking enterprise in China as an example,the implementation effect of this model was verified.The results show that after applying the value flow analysis model of papermaking enterprises based on the PDCA cycle,the water consumption per ton of paper,the recovery rate of steam thermal energy,and the response time to customer complaints of this enterprise have all been effectively improved.
