平台经济下的商品新形态——基于数据要素的价值创造

The New Form of Commodities in the Platform Economy——Based on the Value Creation of Data Elements

摘要 在平台经济与数据要素深度融合的背景下,商品形态正经历从物理实体向数据服务综合体的颠覆性变革,数据要素通过需求精准洞察、功能动态迭代与生态协同共生三大机制重构商品形态。数据要素不仅扩展了商品的虚实边界,还催生了服务化商业模式。但商品新形态的发展面临数据垄断、隐私伦理以及头部平台生态封闭性导致中小企业创新受阻,用户数据滥用风险引发全球监管强化等多重挑战。未来商品形态将加速向无边界化演进,元宇宙与AIGC技术进一步推动虚实融合,而数据要素市场化与全球化治理规则的构建将成为平衡创新与风险的关键。 Under the background of the deep integration between platform economy and data elements,the form of commodities was undergoing a disruptive transformation from physical entities to data-service complexes.Data elements were reshaping the form of commodities through three mechanisms:precise demand insight,dynamic functional iteration and ecological collaborative symbiosis.Data elements not only expanded the virtual-real boundaries of commodities but also gave birth to service-oriented business models.However,the development of new commodity forms faced multiple challenges,including data monopolies,privacy ethics,innovation barriers for SMEs due to closed ecosystems of dominant platforms,and heightened global regulatory responses to risks of user data misuse.Future commodity forms were projected to evolve toward boundaryless integration at an accelerated pace,with Metaverse and AIGC technologies further driving virtual-physical convergence.The establishment of data factor marketization mechanisms and global governance frameworks was identified as critical for balancing innovation with risk mitigation.
