摘要
新质生产力是传统行业开展绿色转型、产能升级的重要支撑。为获取造纸产业绿色发展的具体思路,实现造纸产业绿色转型升级,从新质生产力赋能的视角入手,对我国造纸产业绿色发展的逻辑脉络进行了重点梳理,新质生产力通过技术颠覆性创新、要素高阶化配置、制度协同性引导三重逻辑,对造纸产业绿色发展的底层逻辑进行了重构,在新质生产力的推动下,我国的造纸产业有望实现资源消耗的减量化、污染排放的清洁化、产业结构的优质化等。
New quality productivity is an important support for traditional industries to carry out green transformation and capacity upgrading.To obtain specific ideas for the green development of the papermaking industry and achieve its green transformation and upgrading,starting from the perspective of empowering new quality productivity,this paper focuses on sorting out the logical context of the green development of China's papermaking industry.New quality productivity is guided by three logics:disruptive technological innovation,high-level allocation of factors,and coordinated institutional guidance.The underlying logic for the green development of the papermaking industry has been restructured.Driven by new quality productive forces,China's papermaking industry is expected to achieve reduction in resource consumption,clean pollution emissions,and high-quality industrial structure.
