摘要
本文对现代造纸企业数字化过程控制系统现状及在工业4.0背景下造纸产业转型升级已有研究进行归纳总结,详细概述了集散控制系统(DCS)、制造执行系统(MES)及管理系统(ERP)研究进展,介绍了新一代互联网技术如云计算技术在造纸智能化发展中的应用,为造纸企业信息化、智能化建设提供一定的参考。
Digital process control system in this paper,the modern papermaking enterprise present situation and under the background of industrial 4.0 paper summarized papermaking industry transformation and upgrading of existing research,a detailed overview of the distributed control system DCS,manufacturing execution systems MES and ERP management system,introduced a new generation of internet technology development,the application of cloud computing technology in papermaking intelligent.It provided some reference for informatization and intelligent construction of papermaking enterprises.
