摘要
数字经济背景下,企业数字化转型对其绿色创新行为产生深刻影响。以2018—2022年中国A股上市公司中的重污染企业为研究样本,从技术、组织、环境三个层面出发,综合考虑企业内外部因素,选取六个前因条件,运用模糊集定性比较分析法,从组态视角出发,对数字化转型赋能企业绿色创新的多重并发因素和复杂因果机制进行研究。结果表明,单个数字化转型要素并不构成企业绿色创新的必要条件,技术、组织、环境可以构建有效的数字化转型组态,主要存在能力驱动,能力和动机双元驱动,能力、动机和机会综合驱动三种复杂组态和有效路径实现高绿色创新。技术能力是实现高绿色创新的关键因素,在具有良好的组织能力时,底层数字技术和数字技术应用之间存在替代关系。研究结果丰富和推进了数字化转型对企业绿色创新影响的研究,为企业根据自身特点和所处环境合理地选择高绿色创新路径,有效地通过数字化转型实现绿色创新提供了理论依据和实践指导。
In the context of digital economy,digital transformation of enterprises profoundly impacts their green innovation behavior.Using companies listed on China's A-share market from 2018 to 2022 with heavy pollution as the research sample,this study adopts a configurational approach from technological,organization-al and environmental dimensions.By comprehensively considering internal and external factors and selecting six antecedent conditions,this paper employs fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to investigate the multi-ple concurrent factors and complex causal mechanisms through which digital transformation empowers corporate green innovation.The results indicate that no single element of digital transformation constitutes a necessary condition for enterprise green innovation.Instead,technology,organization and environment can combine to form effective digital transformation configurations.Three primary complex configurations and effective path-ways exist to achieve high levels of green innovation,driven by ability alone,by both ability and motivation,and by the integration of ability,motivation and opportunity.Technological capability serves as the key factor in achieving high green innovation.When sound organizational capability is present,a substitution relationship exists between basic digital technologies and the application of digital technologies.The findings enrich and advance the study of the impact of digital transformation on enterprise green innovation,by providing a theoret-ical foundation and practical guidance for enterprises to select high green innovation pathways reasonably based on their own characteristics and operating environments,thereby effectively achieving green innovation through digital transformation.
