专精特新“小巨人”企业数字化转型的多元驱动路径探析——基于技术-组织-环境框架的fsQCA分析

摘要 推动专精特新企业数字化转型是解决“卡脖子”技术难题的重要抓手,对培育新质生产力及推动经济高质量发展有重要作用。本文基于“技术—组织—环境”(TOE)理论框架,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),对123家国家级专精特新“小巨人”上市企业数字化转型的多重并发因素和驱动路径进行探究。研究发现:①数字技术、组织资源以及各环境因素中的任一条件均无法单独构成专精特新“小巨人”企业数字化转型的必要条件,各因素间需协同联动才能有效推动专精特新企业数字化转型。②专精特新企业中数字原生企业和非数字原生企业的数字化转型路径存在明显差异。驱动数字原生企业数字化转型的路径包括技术主导-组织资源支撑型、技术主导-政策环境扶持型、技术主导-消费环境驱动型;驱动非数字原生企业数字化转型的路径包括全要素驱动型和技术-环境双驱动型。研究结论丰富了专精特新企业数字化转型的影响因素,能为其破解数字化转型困境、推动创新驱动发展提供政策启示。 Promoting the digital transformation of SRDI(specialized-refinement-differential-innovation)enterprises is an important gripper in solving“neck sticking”technical problems,and also plays an important role in fostering new quality productive forces and promoting the high-quality development of the economy.Based on the theoretical framework of“Technology-Organization-Environment”(TOE),this paper applies fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to explore the multiple concurrent factors and driving paths of digital transformation in 123 national“small giant”listed SRDI enterprises.The results of the study show as follows.①None of the conditions of digital technology,organizational resources and various environmental factors can constitute the necessary conditions for the digital transformation of“little giant”SRDI enterprises alone,and all factors need to be coordinated to effectively promote the digital transformation of SRDI enterprises.②There are obvious differences in the paths of digital transformation between digital native enterprises and non-digital native enterprises among SRDI enterprises.The pathways that drive digital transformation for digital native enterprises include technology-led-organizational resources support type,technology-led-policy environment support type,and technology-led-consumption environment drive type.The paths that drive digital transformation for non-digital native enterprises include all-factor-driven type and technology-environment dual-driven type.The conclusions of this study enrich the factors affecting the digital transformation of SRDI enterprises,and provide policy enlightenment for them to solve the difficulties of digital transformation and promote innovation-driven development.
