摘要
基于中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)数据,从“非粮化”和耕地撂荒2个维度上探讨农地流转租金对粮地调减行为的影响及异质性。结果表明,农地流转租金上涨对转入主体“非粮化”和转出户耕地撂荒行为都具有显著的正向影响。相比规模经营主体,农地流转租金上涨对普通农户的影响更为显著。在考虑了内生性问题后,农地流转租金对转入主体“非粮化”和转出户耕地撂荒行为的影响依然显著,进一步采用倾向值匹配(PSM)方法检验后,研究结论依然稳健。鉴如此,建议科学构建农地流转定价机制,加大基础设施投入提高粮食经营效益,强化耕地农业用途管制,增加绿色优质粮食产品供给。
Based on the China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)data,we explore the impact and heterogeneity of farmland transfer rents on food land reduction behavior in two dimensions:“non-grain”and arable land abandonment.The results show that the increase in farmland transfer rent has a significant positive effect on both the“non-grain”of transferring subjects and the abandonment of cultivated land by transferring households.Compared with the large-scale operators,the impact of the increase in farmland transfer rent on ordinary farmers is more significant.After considering the endogeneity issue,the effect of farmland transfer rent on the“non-grain”of transferring agents and the abandonment of farmland by transferring out households is still significant,and the findings remain robust after the propensity value matching(PSM)method.In view of this,it is recommended to scientifically construct a pricing mechanism for agricultural land transfer,increase infrastructure investment to improve food operation efficiency,strengthen agricultural use control of arable land,and increase the supply of green and high-quality food products.
