摘要
借助文献研究方法,深入分析数字化赋能美丽中国建设可能存在的现实困境,提出了相应的解决策略。研究发现,数字化赋能美丽中国建设存在着数字基础建设发展不平衡、生态环境监测能力薄弱、生态环境根本好转缺乏科技创新的数字化驱动以及生态环境治理的数字化水平有待提升等问题。为此,要明确美丽中国建设的重点任务,借助数字技术,加强数字基础建设,全方位提升生态系统的智慧化监测能力,发挥数字化治理创新效应,提升数字技术赋能生态环境治理创新发展能力。
With the help of the literature research method,the possible practical difficulties of digital empowerment for the construction of Beautiful China are analyzed in depth,and the corresponding solution strategies are put forward.It is found that digital empowerment for the construction of Beautiful China face challenges such as the unbalanced development of digital infrastructure,weak ecological environment monitoring capacity,insufficient digitally-driven technological innovation for the fundamental improvement of the ecological environment,and inadequate digitalization of ecological environment governance.In this regard,it is necessary to clarify the key tasks for the construction of Beautiful China,strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure with the help of digital technology,improve the intelligent monitoring capacity of the ecosystem in all aspects,give full play to the innovative effect of digital governance,and enhance the innovation capability of digital technology in empowering the ecological environment governance.
