摘要
党的二十大报告深刻阐释了"中国式现代化"的五个中国特色和九个本质要求.信息技术在不同历史时期以不同方式推动了中国现代化发展,而当前的数字化转型是经济社会高质量发展的重要内容和支撑.人口规模巨大、全体人民共同富裕、物质文明与精神文明相协调、人与自然和谐共生、和平发展道路都有赖于数字化转型的强大赋能,同时数字化转型也要符合中国式现代化的价值要求和制度规范.
The 20th Congress Report of the Chinese Communist Party specifies the five characteristics and nine requirements of the Chinese Path to Modernization.Information technologies have facilitated China’s modemization in different ways at different historical stages.Currently,digital transformation is an important part of and support for the high-quality development of the economy and society.The huge population,common prosperity for all,material and cultural-rethical advancement,harmony between humanity and nature,and peaceful development all depend on digital transformation.In the meantime,digital transformation must conform to the value requirement and institutional norms of the Chinese path to moderization.
