摘要
高校文化育人工作备受社会各界广泛关注。自党的十八大以来,中华优秀传统文化得到了以习近平同志为核心的党中央的高度重视,习近平在各重要会议中反复强调中华优秀传统文化的重要性,提出:“大力弘扬优秀传统文化,让优秀传统文化在新时代创新创造、发扬发展,提升人民群众文化自信与文化自豪”。近年来,“双一流”大学建设如火如荼,新文科理念应运而生,对高校教育提出了新的要求,如何以文化人、以文育人,是高校应当面对的新任务。新文科理念视域下,习近平文化思想与地方高校文化育人高度重叠,二者互相交融,共同推动新时代优秀传统文化建设进程,加强社会文化与精神文明建设。本文阐述了高校文化育人时代背景、习近平文化思想的主要内容以及习近平文化思想与地方高校文化育人交互作用的内在关联;根据莆田地方高校案例,深入剖析了当前两者在交互实践过程中存在的三大现实困境:文化认知浅表化、文化自觉薄弱化和文化转化低能化;针对这些问题,创造性提出了构建文化观念培育体系、打造新文科文化育人格局、建设特色文化育人品牌三维对策,为地方高校推进文化育人工作提供了理论参考和实践路径。
The work of cultural education in colleges and universities has attracted widespread attention from the whole society.Since the 18th National Congress,the outstanding traditional culture of China has garnered significant attention from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,with Xi Jinping at its helm.He has repeatedly underscored the importance of this cultural heritage in various significant meetings,asserting,“We must vigorously promote excellent traditional culture,allowing it to innovate,create,and flourish in the new era,thereby enhancing the cultural confidence and pride of the people.”In recent years,the construction of“Double First-Class”universities has been fervently pursued,giving rise to the new liberal arts concept,which imposes novel demands on higher education.The challenge of cultivating individuals through culture and education has emerged as a pressing task for universities.Within the framework of the new liberal arts concept,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the cultural education of local universities exhibit a profound overlap,intertwining to jointly advance the construction of exemplary culture in the new era and to strengthen social culture and spiritual civilization.This paper elaborates on the background of the times of cultural education in colleges and universities,the main content of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,and internal correlation between Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and the interaction of cultural education in local colleges and universities;based on the case of local universities in Putian,analyzes the realistic dilemma that still exists in the process of two-way interactive practice,such as the superficiality of cultural cognition,the weakness of consciousness,and the low efficiency of cultural transformation;creatively puts forward three feasible practical suggestions:to construct a scientific cultural concept training system,to build a new liberal arts cultural education pattern,to enhance local cultural characteristics education brand.These provide theoretical references and practical pathways for local universities to advance cultural education initiatives.
