摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高消化道软式内镜清洗合格率中的应用效果,规范消化道软式内镜的日常管理,提高消化道软式内镜清洗合格率。方法:成立品管圈小组,通过现状调查、原因分析、设定目标、制定并实施对策等步骤,开展品管圈活动,比较活动前后消化道软式内镜清洗合格率的变化。结果:实施品管圈活动后,消化道软式内镜清洗合格率从活动前的78.01%提高至92.65%,活动前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时圈员各方面的能力得到成长,包括解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调能力、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、和谐度等。结论:品管圈的应用,使项目整体产生良好的效果,有效提高了消化道软式内镜的清洗合格率,保障医疗安全。
Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in improving the cleaning qualification rate of gastrointestinal soft endoscopes,standardize the daily management of gastrointestinal soft endoscopes,and improve the cleaning qualification rate of gastrointestinal soft endoscopes.Methods:Establish a quality control circle group,conduct quality control circle activities through current situation investigation,cause analysis,setting goals,and formulating and implementing countermeasures,and compare the changes in the qualified rate of gastrointestinal soft endoscope cleaning before and after the activities.Results:After implementing the quality control circle activity,the qualified rate of cleaning soft endoscopes in the digestive tract increased from 78.01%before the activity to 92.65%,and the difference before and after the activity was statistically significant(P<0.05);At the same time,the abilities of the circle members have been improved in various aspects,including problem-solving skills,sense of responsibility,communication and coordination skills,self-confidence,team cohesion,enthusiasm,quality control techniques,harmony,etc.Conclusion:The application of quality control circle has resulted in a good overall effect of the project,effectively improving the cleaning qualification rate of gastrointestinal soft endoscopes and ensuring medical safety.
