摘要
目的 观察品管圈活动在降低重症监护病房(ICU)患者身体约束率中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年3—10月山东省济南市第八人民医院ICU开展品管圈活动前查检的585人次,2023年3—10月ICU开展品管圈活动后查检的622人次。组建品管圈小组,以“降低ICU患者身体约束率”为活动主题,实施品管圈“4个阶段10大步骤”,比较活动前后患者的约束率。结果 经过8个月的品管圈活动,ICU患者身体约束率从活动前49.1%(287/585)降低到活动后的36.2%(225/622)。目标达成率为167.5%,进步率为26.3%。品管圈实施后,全体圈员解决问题的能力、品管圈手法运用、团队合作精神、沟通协调能力、活动信心、成就感等方面得分均有较大提升。结论 品管圈活动降低了ICU患者身体约束率,同时完善了ICU患者身体约束的流程,提高了科室护理人员解决问题的综合能力。
Objective To observe the application effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities in reducing the physical restraint rate among patients in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Methods A total of 585 patient inspections conducted before the implementation of the QCC activities in the ICU from March to October 2022 were selected,along with 622 patient inspections conducted after the implementation of QCC activities in the ICU from March to October 2023.A QCC team was established with the theme of"Reducing the Physical Restraint Rate among ICU Patients."The"4 stages and 10 steps"of QCC activities were implemented,and the restraint rates before and after the intervention were compared.Results After 8 months of QCC activities,the physical restraint rate among ICU patients decreased from 49.1%(287/585)before the intervention to 36.2%(225/622)after the intervention.The target achievement rate was 167.5%,and the improvement rate was 26.3%.After QCC implementation,the team members demonstrated significant improvements in problem-solving abilities,QCC technique application,teamwork spirit,communication and coordination skills,activity confidence,and sense of accomplishment.Conclusions QCC activities effectively reduced the physical restraint rate among ICU patients,optimized the restraint process,and enhanced the comprehensive problem-solving abilities of nursing staff in the department.
